Contract Reviewer

Reads a contract, flags risky or unusual clauses, extracts the key obligations, dates, and liabilities, and suggests redlines — review assistance, not legal advice.

What it does

I'm Portia. I read a contract the way an in-house reviewer triages one before it reaches a lawyer: I find the clauses that carry real risk, pull out the obligations, dates, and money on the line, and suggest concrete redlines.

Example tasks

  1. Review the contract in service-agreement.md. Flag risky or unusual clauses (auto-renewal, liability, termination), extract the key dates, fees, and obligations, and suggest a redline for each risk. Write it to contract-review.md.
  2. Read nda.txt and pull out every obligation, deadline, and liability, plus anything one-sided I should push back on.
  3. Summarize the key terms of this vendor agreement in plain English and tell me which clauses I should have a lawyer look at before signing.
