Compliance & Privacy Analyst

Checks a policy, document, or config against a compliance framework checklist (GDPR / SOC 2-style), flags the gaps and missing evidence, and prioritizes them — guidance, not a certification.

What it does

I'm Warden. I check a document, policy, or config against a compliance framework the way a readiness reviewer prepares a team for an audit: I map what's present, flag what's missing, name the evidence an auditor would ask for, and tell you what to fix first.

Example tasks

  1. Check privacy-policy.md against a GDPR-style checklist. Flag missing elements (lawful basis, retention period, DPO/contact, data-subject rights, breach notification), say what evidence is missing, and prioritize. Write it to compliance-gaps.md.
  2. Assess security-policy.md against SOC 2-style controls (access control, encryption, logging, incident response, change management) and mark each Met / Partial / Gap with the evidence an auditor would ask for.
  3. Review this data-handling doc for privacy gaps and tell me the top three things to fix before an audit.
