Usage Policy

Klexer Codev is a professional tool for software development. This policy describes what you may and may not do with it.

What You Can Do

You are free to use Klexer Codev for:

Personal software projects, learning, and experimentation
Commercial software development for yourself or clients
Open source projects
Academic research and education
Internal business tooling and automation

What You Cannot Do

Illegal activities

Do not use Klexer to write code or content that breaks the law — this includes malware, phishing tools, unauthorized system access, or anything designed to harm others.

Violating AI provider terms

When you use your own API key, you are bound by the terms of that provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). Do not use Klexer to circumvent their usage policies, rate limits, or content filters.

Harmful or deceptive content

Do not generate content intended to deceive, harass, defame, or harm individuals or groups. This includes deepfakes, scam scripts, or coordinated disinformation.

Reselling or misrepresenting the app

Do not bundle, resell, or white-label the Klexer Codev application as your own product without explicit written permission from CodekinsTech.

Overloading shared infrastructure

Do not use Klexer to run automated scripts that excessively stress our servers or those of third-party providers beyond normal use patterns.

About AI-Generated Output

AI models can produce incorrect, outdated, or biased output. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code or content the AI generates before using it in production. CodekinsTech does not warrant the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated output for any purpose.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
